A selection of our finest vintages of limited production wines from our Reserve collection including:
2019 Château Hourtin Ducasse Bordeaux Haut-Medoc - A bold, tannic, yet lovely Bordeaux red blend from Haut Médoc. Robe is ruby, medium intensity. On the nose, red fruit such as raspberries and black cherries, and a hint of chocolate and smoke notes. On the palate, red fruit here including pomegranate, raspberry and some oak, smoke, and earthy notes. Nice medium finish. Will pair nicely with grilled meats and heavier fare.
2019 Domaine Tourbillon Gigondas - An elegant red wine with a intense nose with black fruit, spices and toasted notes. On the palate, blackberry, cherry with very present tannins and a warm finish. Pairs well with red meats (beef, lamb), stews, and sharp cheeses (cheddar, gouda). A perfect holiday dinner wine to entertain guests with.
2023 Jean-Marc & Mathieu Crochet Sancerre - 100% Sauvignon Blanc made with a lot of complexity: freshness, minerality, expressive on the nose with aromas of rhubarb, dried fruit, and almonds. The attack in the mouth is round and smooth with aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. Pairs well with seafood, goat cheese, and other light fare.
2022 Château de Bregançon Rosé - On the nose, notes of exotic fruits and crushed strawberries. The mouth is caressing. The wine is greedy with notes of stone fruits; peach, apricot and exotic fruits such as pineapple and persimmon, freshness is expressed by aromas of grapefruit. Its power and elegance leave a pleasant fruity sensation, underlined by a hint of minerality. A very gastronomic wine. Pairs well nicely with any, specifically with sea bream salmon, and salad.
