  • Delivery times vary between 2-7 business days. A person 21 years of age or older, must be present to sign for wine upon delivery.

  • All changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to our customer service at info@vinesemble.com. Any changes to shipping address after order has been processed can result in a $20 change fee.

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if your wine, at the time of delivery, is damaged, spoiled or otherwise defective, you may contact us regarding the damage and Vinesemble may, in its discretion and based on the particular conditions of each such circumstance, send a replacement in exchange for the damaged or defective product or offer a refund. Vinesemble will not refund shipping charges, and additional shipping and other charges will apply to deliveries to you that are returned as undeliverable or refused.
