Château Hourtin-Ducasse Bordeaux, Haut-Médoc 2020
Region: Bordeaux
Type of Wine: Red
Grape Varietals: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon | 43% Merlot | 5% Cabernet Franc | 2% Petit Verdot
Bold, tannic, yet lovely blend from Haut Médoc. Robe is ruby, medium intensity. On the nose, red fruit such as raspberries and black cherries, and a hint of chocolate and smoke notes. On the palate, red fruit here including pomegranate, raspberry and some oak, smoke, and earthy notes. Nice medium finish. Will pair nicely with grilled meats and heavier fare.
