Region: Provence
Type of Wine: White
Grape Varietals: 90% Vermentino | 10% Ugni Blanc

90 points on Wine Enthusiast. An elegant white blend that is a bright lemon color. It is refreshing yet complex on the palette. On the nose, white peaches and fresh flowers. Taste of citrus, lemon, pear, with a finish of light minerality.  Would pair well with anything but specifically seafood, oysters, fish, salad, or great as an aperitif.
